We are so excited and ready to help you with upcoming and ongoing projects. When starting the ordering process with us, please have the below information available if possible so we can give you the most accurate options tailored to your specific needs.:
Project Details
While we love to share ideas with our clients, it is beneficial for the project to have a general direction or vision. Details as big as event type, end user profiles & as small as preferred color, material etc. will heighten project communication and enables us to provide exactly what you need with less guess work.
Due Dates
Ideal – We completely understand the tasks of fulfillment, event set up + any disbursement to end users. If we know the plan, it enables us to do all we can to source products that accommodate our end goal along with creating timelines to keep the project on track & on time.
Firm- Knowing ideal date & the firm date helps us stay prepared when the unexpected arises. While we all strive for perfection, things happen. Whether a manufacturer error, shipping delay or the chaos of planning simply got in the way; we take your project as our own and will find the best solution.
Budget
When we are given a total or per item budget, we can find the most accurate option or play within the target range. Having a budget range helps us get the most bang for your buck.
Quantity
When the quantity needed is provided with the inquiry, we can immediately brainstorm the products that will be available, the lead time needed and provide the most accurate quote. We are also open to quoting multiple price breaks if needed so we can be flexible within your budget.
Lead Times
Please note that lead times vary per project and while we try our hardest to meet all deadlines, there are some rush orders and factors that are out of our control. Once an item ships, we cannot guarantee that it will always arrive on the predetermined tracking date.
